Muy buenas tardes, en vista y considerando que pedí una reunión con el director regional de Puerto Montt y no tuve ni siquiera respuesta formal de parte del subrogante, solicito esta entrevista x plataforma zoom ya que el tema a tratar trata a todas las regiones a nivel nacional para todas las inspecciones del trabajo en cada región o de cómo darle solución formal al Sindicato Nacional de Guardias Terrestres y Marítimos a nivel nacional y en especial a su Directiva Administrativa.
USUARIO EN ENTREVISTA SOLICITA GESTION DE CONSTITUCIÓN DE SINDICATO INTEREMPRESA Y PROPONE AMPLIACIÓN DE PLAZO PARA SU INSCRIPCIÓN, SE LE ACLARA POR PARTE DE COORDINADOR DE RELACIONES LABORALES QUE LA CONSTITUCIÓN DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN ES UN TIEMPO ACOTADO INDICADO POR LEY Y QUE LA INSCRIPCIÓN DE DICHA ORGANIZACIÓN DEPENDE DE LO QUE SE ESTABLEZCA EN SUS ESTATUTOS.
DRT (S), SE COMPROMETE AL ENVÍO DE FORMATO DE ESTATUTO INTEREMPRESA MEDIANTE EL COORDINADOR DE RRLL, QUIEN ASESORARÁ EN ESTAS MATERIAS. |
